Video Tutorials and Software Demos

Estimate: $500-$1,200

Video tutorials that show your software/website in action. These videos usually run 5-10 minutes in length and can include PowerPoint animation. You provide:

• a written script (I can provide examples)
• An explanation of how your application or product works

I will then help you determine best practices for software demos and video tutorials. Give you ideas of what is possible with Camtasia,  create your demo or video tutorial and have it to you within a week. This price include me doing the voice over narration.

Training Course (E-learning)

Estimate: $3,000-$10,000

This estimate is for courses that have between 5-20 lessons of about 5 minutes each with a mix of screen recording and PowerPoint

• Create your step by step Project Plan
• Organize your content with the proper flow
• Write your script and do your professional narration
• Create animated PowerPoints along with an animated splash screen
• Create Camtasia screencasts of your software or product
• Use Camtasia or Articulate to publish the content
• Add practice quizzes and Assessments, where needed
• Produce a prototype video
• Upload the completed course and all source files to your website

Video Repurposing and Site Submission

Estimate: $100-$250 (per video) depending on which services below you select

If you have delivered a webinar and want to use pieces of it for marketing and promotion I can

• Edit it and produce pieces of the content (or all of it) to Flash
• Add an intro and outro screen (music optional)
• Add a clickable link to your website at the end
• Submit it to YouTube and other video sharing sites
• Use it to create a written tutorial or interview with screenshots
• Produce the audio as an MP3 to offer at Podcasting sites
• Produce it for ITunes

Webinar Recording Packages

I’ve delivered hundreds of training webinars over the last few years and can help you set up, deliver and record your own training webinar in just a couple of hours.

Basic Package:  One Webinar up to 90 minutes -$299 This is everything you need to deliver your first webinar

• Help you choose the best Webinar tool based on the exact features you require

• Conduct a one hour practice session with you using the Webinar software you’ve chosen

• Act as Moderator during your webinar-introduce you and other speakers- feed you questions from the audience

• Record your Webinar using Camtasia Studio (so it can be edited later)

• Help you and your students with all technical issues

• Cut out parts of the recording you don’t want, produce your Webinar to Flash so people can view the replay from a Web page

• Upload the webinar replay to a page on your website and send you the link to give to your attendees
