How Do Successful VAs Manage Multiple Projects?
By michelle |Some VAs have just one or two major clients that supply them with all their work. Most of us aren’t so lucky.
We are juggling 7-10 small or medium sized projects as well as having one or two other VAs handling our extra workload. This can be stressful. I remember times when I was literally frozen because I did not know what to do next. In this 15 minute Interview with Erin Blaskie, of Business Services Etc. and The VA Coach, we discuss her systems and processes for managing all the multiple projects she has going on while making sure her client’s and her personal projects get done on time. Erin talks a little about Basecamp, My hours and some of the other Project Management tools she uses.

Great audio Michelle and Erin! I’ve been experiencing quite a bit of ‘growing pains’ as my VA business grows and I work to build my own team more so this has been really helpful.
Thanks for making it available

I’ve just discovered your site Michelle. It’s great!
You have some really good stuff on here. Good job!
Thanks for posting your interview with Erin. I really enjoyed it.
Later!
Great interview, Michelle & Erin! Planning projects carefully is so important, both for the client deadlines and your own peace of mind!
This call was very helpful for some one who isn’t a VA. I work with Back Office Support service. Their service runs very similar to what you shared here.
