I have heard of that tool and have been meaning to try it. Sony Vegas just has some really nice transitions and video effects. Camtasia and Sony Vegas are the cream of the crop. If you don't have access to those tools, there's a free tool from Microsoft called PhotoStory that lets you produce a similar effect. Very nice.
