			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>I don’t know exactly what it is.&#160; Maybe it’s his sexy voice (don’t tell my husband), maybe it’s his genuineness (is that a word?) Perhaps it’s his sense of humor or my awe at how much the guy has done at such a young age. But I just can’t stop <a href="http://www.vademogirl.com/bestimtraining" target="_blank">buying stuff from Robert Plank</a>. I’ve paid from $647 for a course that lasted 6 months down to $2.99 for his latest Kindle book, and I don’t regret a penny of it.</strong></p>
<h3><strong>It Started Two Years Ago</strong></h3>
<p>I stumbled upon Robert’s blog and Twittered that I had been reading it for about 4 hours then he kind of made fun of me for having no life but I didn’t care.&#160; I was hooked and about $2,500 in courses and two years later I’ve put myself on the fast track to 6 figures based on much of his training. At this point, I feel like I know pretty much everything I need to know (just need time to DO it all!) about creating and marketing products on the Web, but I still try to attend every one of his free training webinars with the strong possibility that I will come away with one more little nugget of wisdom that I can apply. </p>
<h3><strong>Because of Robert</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong></strong>I wear a rubber band around my wrist </li>
<li>I type furiously as the Cool Timer counts down till I can take a break </li>
<li>I force myself to smile each time I sit down at the computer (you’ll get if you ever take Robert’s courses) </li>
</ul>
<p>I may look like an idiot to anyone in the same room but at least I am <a href="http://mschoen.robertplank.com/overcome-procrastination/" target="_blank">highly productive</a>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Software Demos are becoming more and more common on Websites where a product or technical service is being marketed and sold. I call myself the VA Demo Girl because I started out in the Virtual Assistant business creating software demos using Camtasia. While I have added Webinars and audio/video to my offerings I still get lots of requests to create marketing demos of new products and membership sites. If you are considering adding the demo creation service to your Virtual Assistant business here are four steps you can take to improve the success rate for the demos you create for your clients.</strong></p>
<p>1.&nbsp; <strong>Be clear on the Objective for the demonstration.<br /></strong>Ask your client their reasons for doing the demo?&nbsp; Is it Technical Proof or Vision Generation. You must know what you want to accomplish before you begin and plan your demo with that objective in mind.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.vademogirl.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/image.png"><img style="border-top-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px" height="143" alt="image" src="http://www.vademogirl.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/image-thumb.png" width="309" align="right" border="0"></a> <br /><strong>2.&nbsp; Make sure your client is clear on the target audience&#8217;s needs.<br /></strong>What are the Critical Business Issues, Key Problems, or Objectives your customer wants to address with his viewers? The demo must address their audience&#8217;s business issues.&nbsp; If your customer does not&nbsp; know their audiences business issues, then you may need to start asking questions before scripting the demo.</p>
<p><strong>3.&nbsp; Show the “What” first, then follow with the “How”.<br /></strong>Remind your customer to give you the main things the software will do to help the audience address their key issues and make that the first thing in the demo.&nbsp; Once they see that your software can potentially help them, then you can reveal how the capabilities in the software accomplish this.&nbsp; If you spend a long time&nbsp; telling a story to get to a final “pay-off” screen, you may find your audience has “checked-out” – and people have closed the demo before you reach the big benefit message.&nbsp; Instead, show them right up-front what business problems the tools will help the audience address.&nbsp; </p>
<p><strong>4.&nbsp; Show only the Specific Capabilities needed to address the customer’s problems. </strong></p>
<p>This is not product training; it is a critical step in the sales process. Don’t show all of the file types you can open, nor all of the various search options, or formatting choices.&nbsp; Stick with the directly relevant facts. You <br />can lose business by showing too much or making the demo too long.&nbsp; Sales have been lost because “the software looked too complicated” in the eyes of the customer. </p>
<p>Follow these guidelines to increase the likelihood of achieving your goals with your demos.&nbsp; When you do these four simple things, you should expect your audience to say, “Wow! That was a Great Demo!”</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>As you sign up your clients to join more and more affiliate programs, you are going to want to find a way to keep all of their information organized. Having a centralized organization system will save you time when you want to add a link to their Web page or autoresponder or view their sales for the month.</strong></p>
<p>Some information you will want to have handy is the program or company name, a link to the log-in page for that particular program, your user name and password for that log in page, and your affiliate links for that product.</p>
<p>If you are running any ads for that product, you will also want to keep track of where they are running, as well as the conversion rates. I simply use an Excel spreadsheet, to keep track of their information. Creating your own spreadsheet also gives you control of the fonts, colors, and column headings. Spreadsheet programs also allow you sort data and perform other functions.</p>
<p>Most affiliate programs that you are an affiliate for will have a section where you can log in and view the number of clicks you are receiving. You will want to keep track of this information, as it can help you determine what programs your client&#8217;s market is interested in and which ones they aren’t.</p>
<p>By keeping track of you client&#8217;s affiliate programs and ads, you will be able to see very clearly what is working and what isn’t. This will help you recommend how they should spend their time and money. While it may take a little extra time to track everything, it’s worth it and can be more profitable in the long run.</p>
<p>Here is a quick demo of how I track one of my client&#8217;s affiliate programs. This demo is about 2 minutes.</p>

I can&#8217;t believe I spent about 5 years signing my clients up with Web hosting and missed out on hundreds of dollars of free, passive income.</strong> If you are in a position to recommend products such as hosting to your client you need to take advantage of <a href="http://www.affiliatetips.com/">Affiliate Marketing</a>. First I&#8217;ll explain what I am talking about then I will show you a demo of how to sign up for these extra sources of income.</p>
<p>What is <a href="http://www.affiliatetips.com/">Affiliate Marketing</a>? In simple terms, <a href="http://www.affiliatetips.com/">affiliate marketing</a> is where you refer visitors from your Website to a merchant&#8217;s Website. You earn commissions when the visitors you refer complete some type of action on a merchant&#8217;s Website. For example, you may earn a commission if the visitor you refer makes a purchase, completes a lead form, or downloads some software.</p>
<p>If your client needs Web hosting, for example, for a Web site you created you will most likely refer them to a host you have already used and like. And when you do this the way I will show you, you can earn around $50 just for the referral. Below is a demo for how to set this up. I will demonstrate with a company called <a href="http://secure.hostgator.com/cgi-bin/affiliates/clickthru.cgi?id=mschoen ">Hostgator</a> because they are my favorite Web hosting service.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hopefully, at some point during your relationship with your client, you will be encouraging them to create a product of their own from their Website or blog. Remember, unless they have many products or wish to use affiliates (salespeople)to promote the products they don&#8217;t really need the expense of a monthly shopping cart. Generally, when a client does wish to use a really complete shopping cart solution where they can track sales, send follow-up e-mails and track their affiliates I recommend <a href="http://www.profcs.com/app/?pr=33&amp;id=126347">1shoppingcart</a> but that level of service is not always necessary.  They can simply add a <strong>Buy Now</strong> button from <strong>Paypal</strong> to their site for one or several products and <strong>Paypal</strong> will place the money in their <strong>Paypal</strong> account. If you want to withdraw the money you will need to go a little further and associate your bank account or credit card with your Paypal account.  Otherwise, the money will just sit in the Paypal account and you can use it to buy things on the Web. Here is a video from <a href="http://www.bmyers.com/index.cfm?affID=mschoen">Bill Myers </a>(whose membership site I have belonged to for over a year).  He shows you the process for how to add a Buy Now button. The main difference is in how he adds the code. Once you copy the code you are going to paste it in to the code section on your blog or Website. Check it out-</p>
