About

Michelle Schoen (pronounced Shane) is a full-time Multimedia Specialist with over 10 years of experience in Designing E-learning, Creating Video Tutorials, coaching on Virtual Event creation (Webinars and Teleseminars) and Website Design. She has two Masters Degrees; one in Instructional Design and one in Project Management.

Before becoming a multimedia Specialist, Michelle’s career included six years as a Website Designer and E-learning Specialist with AT&T and four years as a Project Manager of an Instructional Technology team at IBM. The last two years have been spent coaching and training Virtual Assistants to add these skills to the services they provide their clients.
